Alexei Kolosov will make his 1st professional start on Saturday

The Philadelphia Flyers prospect Alexei Kolosov will make his professional debut tomorrow for the Lehigh Valley Phantoms as the Phantoms take on the Bridgeport Islanders. Alexei Kolosov just returned from the KHL as he played for the HC Dinamo Minsk and their season just recently ended. Alexei Kolosov needed a few practices to get his endurance back as he had a few weeks off. While playing in the KHL, Alexei Kolosov played in 47 games and had a 2.39 GAA with a .907 save percentage.

The season is coming to an end for the Lehigh Valley Phantoms; however, it is good for Alexei Kolosov to at least make a couple starts as he can get use to the rink size and the other differences from playing in the KHL and playing in North America. Alexei Kolosov signed his entry level contract in the summer of 2023, so we could see him make his Flyers debut fairly soon.
