Flyers Reporters are Furious at John Tortorella's Comments Last Night
The Philadelphia Flyers under John Tortorella had a remarkable start to the 202223 year; their five consecutive wins moved them to the top of the NHL standings and placed them first in their division ahead of their rival Pittsburgh Penguins.
The Flyers have dropped 10 straight games, which is a re-occurance, and a unsual one; losing skid for the Flyers organization given that it has occurred virtually every year, including last season. To put it mildly, things have taken a turn for the worst.Both John Tortorella, the Flyers' head coach, and the team's players are angry.
As every NHL coach is obligated to and has approved an agreement stating so, Tortorella has rejected questions at the end of losses this season, voiding his contract agreement. Tortorella continues to speak to the press but not in a way that makes them happy, to put it mildly.
